In fact, my husband and I bought the king and queen mattress topper to take home. Could have stayed in bed the entire time it was so comfortable. We did also have an upgrade scheduled in our computer systems, the outage that you speak of, that did indeed have unexpected troubles along the way and created a larger downtime window than anticipated, please do know however, that all hands were on to try and get it resolved b/c our concern is indeed our guests!! We apologize for this stay experience with us, unfortunately, our fitness center did close effective Monday 11/7 that you speak of for construction occuring in the area, exciting construction to us, as we are adding a new Escape addition to our resort offerings, which includes a yoga/meditation area, which is why the fitness center was closed, we are re-vamping our fitness center entire area to hopefully offer a better work out and relaxation area.
